Also lashes were burnt and so curled, they dug into my eyelids, causing my eyes to be in pain and also were swollen. Came in for them to fix it, no one apologised. They uncurled the lashes but I was not entitled to a refund. They said it was a service and it cost them money. Well it was a service I didn’t want. I didn’t ask for my lashes to be burnt or for my eyes to be swollen. I do not recommend this place or the lash lift service. Management dealt with me poorly.
