  My friend had a terrible experience here from the practioner, Lisa Yu.
  I tried to check her qualification as a registered practitioner, on
  behalf of my friend, and enlisted professional help to do so, but we could find no evidence of her registration to practice in Australia.
  This was particularly relevant to this review, as my friend (at the time of her treatment)explained to the therapist her particular anatomy and physiology, and how consequently she did not want Botox treatment, as it would effect her eye movement. However, Lisa ignored my friend's request for no Botox injection in the forehead. Consequently, my friend could not move the muscles in her forehead and her eyes for 4.5 months after Botox was applied. This led to her becoming quite depressed. Her feeling of anger persists to this day.
  I would like to warn anyone contemplating treatment at this clinic to check the qualification of the practioner beforehand, and to thoroughly investigate the type of treatment proposed.

  My 56 year old mother has been suffering from terrible side effects from forehead botox, over the past 2 and a half months. She had already explained to Lisa about her bad past experience with side effects, and requested not to inject between her eyebrows, the muscles used for her to open her eyes. She reiterated this many times, but Lisa ignored this and did not take her concerns seriously. She proceeded in the usual manner, DELIBERATELY injected on an area she specifically told her not to, and, as a result, my mum is not able to open her eyes properly. Her eyelids are swollen and drooped, she has headaches and feels an uncomfortable pressure on her entire forehead. Her eyebrows are raised upwards, and has an angry expression. She has avoided meeting people and going to events, and feels depressed.
  It is completely unacceptable as a medical practitioner to ignore the client's personal experience with side effects and their concerns, and proceed as normal, without consent. As her family member, I am angered by her continuing to suffer from something that she already knew would happen, and could have been prevented, if Lisa had not acted upon her own self-righteousness.
  How frustrating it is that the only thing she can do now is stay home for another few months and wait for the botox to wear off.
  Please be warned that botox is not for everybody.

  Lisa did my lip fillers. At first I thought it's quite big coz I have a very small face. But after a few minutes I'm loving it. Looks so sexy and natural. I dont have a vermilion border so she made it prominent. And my upper lip border is very obvious now when I do side profile coz mine is very inverted to depressed.
  Now on my 2 weeks plus, it settled. It is not too thick for 1ml syringe. I might need one more since I really have a thin lips. Thank you Lisa. She's very friendly and professional. She keeps on complimenting my curled eyelashes and gave me confidence that my face is beautiful.

  I would like to say thank you to Ms Lisa who has done my injectables recently. I came for a consultation as the service was not available at a different clinic I have chosen, and I was a little bit hesitant at first as Ms Lisa suggested a different treatment in more areas than I originally planned, but I am so happy I did follow her advice! She suggested not only to do my tear drop but also cheeks in order to create a better profile look. Also she has corrected my lip fillers as I was not happy with the shape I have had done a few months ago. Although it's only been over a week and the fillers are still adjusting, I am really happy with the results already and I must say a big thank you to Ms Lisa who is a true professional and thanks to her experience she can give a very helpful advice on what would be the best treatment. I highly recommend this clinic.

  Outcomes are natural and fabulous
  I was recommended to Lisa through my mum who had Juvederm fillers with her and she was thrilled with the results.
  As I work as an model, I wanted a very natural look, she assured me this was achievable so we went ahead with the procedure.
  Although there were some bruising on my chin that lasted for a couple of days but I covered it up with make up so it wasn't an issue. After 3 days my face was fine and I was very pleased with the results.
  My boss and friends said I looked so fresh that was exactly the outcome I expected!
  It was so natural even my family couldn't tell I'd had anything done but commented how good I looked.
  
  I would highly recommend getting the Juverderm fillers done by Lisa to anyone considering them, the outcomes are fabulous.

  I am truly satisfied with the outcome and now I gained much confident about myself when I look at the mirror. I did the non-surgical nose job and chin reshaping which has injected premium fillers by Lisa two days ago. She explained everything to me, I felt very secure and I knew I was in the right hand. Haha, it wasn’t painful at all during the injection process. I’ll highly recommend lisa, she has a passionate heart to the client, can’t wait to see her again for the next treatment!!

  I am very lucky to have found my best clinic. I have regular PRP and skin booster facial treatments with Lisa. They worked extremely well for improving skin firmness, texture and luminosity. They also minimised my acne scars. I am so happy with the results.

  I have just had another platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment on my face, neck and head with Lisa for my deeper lines, wrinkles and hair regrowth, she also inject dermal fillers and botox. It triggers collagen production, and I must say my skin looks much fresher, tighter and smoother, and fine hair starts to grow after fantastic treatments. I like to have a regular treatment as I am now in my 60's and it really is all about skin health and self-image so its great to know that I can get the results I want when I want. This is the perfect treatment for me and my skin. It's nice to know you are in the best hands with Lisa and I know that the treatments offered are the best to be had.
