aBsOluTelY AtRoC1Ous :( All the children that are enrolled there th0ugh are lovely and great! Did my work placement there ages ag0 for my diploma in child care..staff that supervised me cared about putting students fr0m TAFE in the dirty jobs:doing dishes, cleaning kitchen up,d0ing the laundry m0re than actually allowing th0se students to interact with the children to learn some practice.... ROOM'S STOCK ROOMS ARE SO MESSY :0 Not professionally maintained.
There are cliques b/w the staff....particularly the 0nes wh0 share the same culture and speak in their own language. With all due respect t0 embracing your 0wn language,it feels quite 0ff putting as it makes other adults in the r0om feel out of place...
Ipad usAGE is poorly maximised...some staff ABUSE HAVING THE IPAD BY bringing it home t0o much and downl0ading games such as PVZ on it (signifying theyd use it at home for games more than using it for w0rk) +++ the ipads are a menace as the staff are s0metimes too fixated on scripted pictures rather than natural play :( Certain staff have favouritism with the babies! IT IS SO SAD LIKE TREAT THEM ALL FAIRLY PLEASE! Co0k makes great food for children. Equipment such as mop buckets, vacuum cleaner and laundry and dishwasher are all poorly maintained and broken or not working, buy a new dIshwashing spounge !

Quite sad that certain staff there dont believe in comforting the kidz when they cry...they just believe in leaving children to cry or shouting at the kid in a very non constructive way saying STOP CRYING ITS NOT FAIR TO THE OTHER KIDS (poor educator skills)

Out of the three daycares my daughter has been to due to moving house, this one is by far the best!
We have seen improvements in my daughter's fine motor skills, manners and eating as well as her social skills with other kids.
I love how Dani the manager gets awesome visitors to the center like a petting zoo with exotics and native wildlife, yoga teachers and even day trips for the bigger kids. Really builds kids confidence.
Highly recommend this daycare to any new parent.
Thank you The learning tree sanctuary lakes.

My daughter did her school placement at this centre as a student, the educators were very informative and guided her through the centre policies and procedure, My daughter felt comfortable and relaxed and really enjoyed her time there.

My daughter has been here since January and to begin with I was a typical nervous mum who was struggling with the idea of leaving others other than my family to care for my daughter while I and my husband worked. The educators however were absolutely great and were patient with me and let me call as many times as I needed to make sure she was fine. The change in my daughter has been extraordinary , she now loves it and I can so tell that she is treated well. The educators are excellent and so nice and the manager Amy is great and a lovely presence to the Center. When we realised that my daughter needs to wear glasses full time her educators jumped right on board and supported her and tried to always ensure she was wearing them while she gets used to them, even while still attending to the other kids in their care. I just can’t recommend this place enough and thoroughly trust them to care for my daughter, and the proof is in the pudding because my daughter is absolutely thriving. :) Laura
