From couple of days i have been ringing trying to enquire about a property she ( Brooke ) looks after for rental. i have already applied & sent all the docs, they dont even bother to reply that its been getting approved or not. Worst service ever ( -- stars ) I have left messages for her to call back but never got a response. I have tried to ring the office and also another agent listed on this property all to no avail.
This is terrible service i think and now makes me think if they can't even handle a return call for enquiries then how badly would things be if something needs attention whilst i was renting from this company.
My advice to other prospective renters at this point is learn from my experience and checkout other companies to save yourself unnecessary stresses.
