  I went here to get some tips and acrylic for Christmas. Let’s just say they did not last. They were done so bad and thin that after 2 days the nail just chipped and it looks horrible. The techs kept laughing at me when I told them what style I wanted (every nail salon has their own nail style descriptions I guess) and the place was filthy with blow flies and rubbish over the floor. Never going again. Horrible.

  Went to this salon with my housemate for just regular pedicures, had to re choose our colours about I want to say 3 times due to most of the polishes being old and unusable. They only worked on one of us for a while before getting to the other one and rushing the service to get us out quicker. The quality of the service was no where near great, which made us even more shocked to find out it was going to cost us $45 each. Would absolutely never return

  Will NEVER be going back, I’ve had 3 horrible experiences in the past and they try to make you happy by giving free or cheaper service but I was waiting over an hour to been seen and 4 people got seen before me that walked in with no appointment. Most nails crack or break and if you have AirPods and translate they say horrible things about their customers!

  My friend was getting her nails done so I thought I’d get mine painted. I have acrylic that were refilled last week somewhere else.
  
  So she filed (with the drill) the clear and minimal
  Colour on tips off in maybe 2-3 mins. She applied 2 coats of a natural skin colour and then painted a clear glitter over the top half to look like ombré. So nothing special the ombré wasn’t perfect because she just painted it over.
  
  When I get up to pay and she said $45 I nearly died and was like what and she said it louder and ruder $45. She said you get 2 lots of sns and it’s ombré. I didn’t ask for sns I asked for you to paint them and showed a photo and they look nothing like that but still they look ok BUT $45 I could have had a new set of nails done for that. I have never paid that much for a polish in my life!!! She just turned her head and out the eftpos machine closer to me. I paid and said loudly I would never ever come back!! They didn’t care!
  
  But seriously my nails aren’t smooth there bumpy from half my nails having a coat of sns on it that wasn’t blended into a proper ombré like it apparently was! WOULD NEVER EVER use this place again! They didn’t under stand English very well which made it very hard I watched other clients repeating themselves numerous times (the lady who did my nails understood a little) and didn’t even talk when doing nails literally flapped and waved their hands when they wanted your other hand it was quite rude to be honest.
  
  I had to come home and file my names into the correct shape as I asked 3 times and she still didn’t do it properly! No idea man..
  But yeah $45 for a job I literally could have done at home is an absolute joke!!!
  
  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
