  Today we go over there for shopping and experienced worst customer service . Actually we go over there to buy tea and sugar containers, when we am there to non- friendly staff that do you guys sell that containers and she replied no and when we look on other shelves we found that containers on other shelves and we tell that lady that that containers are here , then she arrogantly replied I know that but it’s $59. Sorry to say but it is sound like she is so rude n racist and even she did not look at us as well. Very very unfriendly staff . Really shemeful

  Because you deleted my previous review if this one is deleted - this will be going to your HQ as a formal complaint.
  
  As I mentioned in my initial review, I am not one to ever write reviews however this is warranted - especially as someone who has worked in retail / sales for 20 years.
  
  I spent 10min in the store and completely ignored by the 3 "sales assistants" gasbagging about another employee. Not even a hello as I walked into the store. No acknowledgement.
  
  Aimlessly walking around, clearly needing help and still nothing until finally one of them came over to me to help.
  
  Got to the counter after finally getting my help only to be told they do not accept cash..
  
  Despite having my card with me, out of sheer principle I refused to make any purchases from you.
  
  No words.
