  Can't thank the lovely Ruby at reception enough. My partner had an abscess in his stomach which was causing him immense pain. After receiving a script from the doctors we were having difficulty obtaining said script. Ruby was amazing! She sorted it out for us. She got the script sent to the pharmacy near our house late at night knowing it was urgent. She was amazing to deal with, so understanding, thorough, patient & professional. She even went out of her way to phone my partner the following day just to make sure he got the script okay! THANK YOU RUBY! Your help to our family when we needed it most is so appreciated. You deserve a pay rise. Thank you a million times over xx

  Terrible experience at this medical centre. Dr George Dade is rude and disrespectful towards patients. Stay away from this place at all costs.

  To anyone booking an appointment here, AVOID DR. THURA KYAW at all costs. Incompetent, inconsiderate and in DENIAL does not cover even half of his incapabilities as a doctor. This is coming from someone who works in the health sector themselves and had the unfortunate luck of having to see him. After being misdiagnosed as a result of him being unwilling to acknowledge my clinical manifestations, I narrowly avoided the emergency room thanks to a second doctor whose opinion I sought (obviously not from Arrowhead Medical Centre). This other doctor recognised the severity of the issue as soon as she saw me, and prescribed the right medications, resolving the issue almost immediately. Never again will I be booking an appointment with Dr Thura Kyaw. I cannot speak for other doctors in the centre, however his lack of experience and arrogance is glaring.
  
  In response to the owners message: Unfortunately both mine and my family’s experience with other doctors in the clinic are similar in nature. I only book appointments with Arrowhead to get medical certificates as I cannot trust to be looked after otherwise.

  AMAZING!!!! DOCTORS ARE ACTUALLY COOL AS!!!! WAY TO GO GUYS!! Dr. Thura is the best doctor I’ve ever had the privilege in dealing with!!!!!!
