  Car park always full. Being a parent you need a car park spot closer to laundry Example if u have blankets or heavy quilts. Today I been there can’t find spot to pick up my quilts which already washed and sitting in machine and young kids were with me. So I parked in no parking and I know m not allowed to park there but no choice and people looking at me n I feel so embarrassed. Will not go here again. Should be reserved car park for laundry counter and all shops so people can see and park accordingly bcz of today experience not recommended this laundry

  Few nights ago I placed my laundry in washer and walked out with my basket only for the door to close behind me and I couldn’t get back in . Come back in the morning to dry and the facilities were absolutely clean and smelt divine . Was met by the young Nz girl (cleaner) who reassured me my laundry was placed neatly to the side ready to be dried . Thankyou to whoever you were . You made my experience a pleasant one

  Hygiene is very important to everyone specially a public place like laundry mat.
  Every time go to this place it’s super clean.

  Although it's my first time using blue hippo in point cook, to wash my Super king dunas i found that it's well accessible to all kinds, clean, plenty of machines.. im definitely going back
