- Isura Sirisena Added August 05, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just came to do a take away order. Instead of vade I have picked another dosa. So the girl at the restaurant asked me whether my order is for 3 dosa then I said no it's 2. So it's my bad I have picked the wrong item. It's ok so I figured out my mistake. Then I asked to replace my dosai ($9) with the vade ($5) I want. Guess what, she said ok, but since the bill has been generated for $39/- order something for $4/- then I had no choice but to order an Idley for $5/- which made me to pay $40/-
I am yet to taste to food, the doubt I have is why can't they amend the bill?
And I had to ask for the receipt, they initially gave me only card machine slip. I am so disappointed. Is this legally allowed?
