  This is a great facility and i had been going here for a number of years. The staff overseeing the estate do a good job.
  HOWEVER within the last year the gym oversight has become a JOKE. There have been full time security guards employed, which in and of itself is fine, however they are very unfriendly and monitor the gym like they are wardens in a prison. There is a reasonable and balanced way to make sure that the facility is doing well, however they take it way too far, especially for such a small gym.
  
  An estate gym is supposed to be a place that benefits your lifestyle, not one that treats its adult members like they are in children. I have many friends in the estate and they all feel the same way.
  I have been attending another gym recently because a sour taste was left in my mouth every time i would go. I am not the only one who has decided to leave as a result of these changes.
  Ive lived in other estates with gyms and have never had this issue before. Its a shame because for the first couple of years it was a relaxed, friendly environment. Things were much better before, and everybody abided by the rules without such heavy-handed oversight. However it is very much the opposite now; they've thrown the baby out with the bath water.
